Changelog

Every release. Every methodology change.

When weights move, prompts change, or guardrails tighten, we say so here.

  1. v1.0.0-alpha.1

    v1.0.0-alpha.1 · public alpha

The first public alpha. VERI-fy is now downloadable for Windows.

    What works

    • Real-time scanning of the primary display every 5 seconds.
    • Two-stage forensic pipeline: optional Google Search grounding, then a

structured 10-metric verdict over a 50 ms frame pair.

    • HUD with live verdict and color-banded score.
    • Detection history (RAM, last 50 entries) with frame-compare and bounded

    artifact regions.

    • Web Search toggle in the sidebar.
    • KVKK + GDPR consent dialog on every launch, EN + TR.
    • In-app reader for Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

    Known gaps

    • The Windows installer is unsigned in this build. Code signing is on the

    v1.0 release blocker list.

    • No macOS or Linux build. macOS code paths exist; the signed DMG does not.
    • No persistent detection log. By design — we will rethink this for the

    Managed tier.

    • The marketing site ships before the v1.0 hardening; expect screenshots and

copy adjustments after the first round of feedback.

    Notes

    • Default Gemini model: gemini-2.5-flash.
    • Rate limit: 30 requests/minute (token bucket). One scan = up to two

    requests.

    • Grounding cache TTL: 60 seconds.
    • Score thresholds: 0–25 Clean · 26–50 Suspicious · 51–75 Suspect ·

76–100 Critical. The 40–60 dead zone is reserved for LOW confidence.
