- What is the difference between Free and Premium?
- Free gives you 6 video and 10 photo analyses per month, with results available when you open the app. Premium runs scanning automatically in the background with real-time alerts and removes the monthly limits.
- How does the 1-month free trial work?
- Pick a billing cycle, start the trial, and use Premium in full for 30 days. We do not charge during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you want. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. No phone call, no exit interview.
- How are Free tier limits protected?
- We use a hashed device signal and a partially-masked public IP to spot duplicate accounts that try to bypass the Free quota. The full story, the legal basis, and the retention window are on the Trust page and the Privacy Policy.
- Which currency? Is VAT included?
- Prices are in Turkish Lira (TL) and include VAT. The amount you see is the amount we charge.
